Description (by producer & GT in English only) :
The Chateau Valcombe “Epicure Red” 2010 is a round, well structured wine, very palatable when drunk young, and which will age well over 10 years.
It is produced from old vines.
The vines are manually disbudded, deleafed, and destemmed.
The grapes are then hand-picked, enabling to select the botrytised bunches.
