| General info : | | Assubel was the brand name of a Belgian Insurance company founded in 1904 as Mutuelle des Syndicats Réunis (M.S.R.) in Brussels.
By 1908 the Mutuele Verzekering en Krediet is founded and offers home, family and car insurances.
In 1961 all companies are renamed to Assubel.
Assubel-Leven NV (Dutch) / Assubel-Vie SA (French) is the company active in life insurance, originally founded in 1920 as "Caisse Nationale De Retraite et D'Assurance".
In 1999 several companies were merged into Assubel-Leven NV (Dutch) / Assubel-Vie SA (French): AGFImmo, AFILife, Assubel-Immo NV, Assubel-Ongevallen En Schade NV, Assubel Studie- En Beheer, and AGF De Schelde.
The new company was renamed to AGF Belgium Insurance SA in 2000.
In 2007 AGF Belgium Insurance SA is once again renamed to Allianz Belgium SA, once more renamed to Allianz Benelux SA in 2013. | |
