| General info : | | Robert Gordon is a musician residing in Sheffield, England, United Kingdom.
Rob Gordon started his career in the local FON studio working with Mark Brydon as FON Force, and also engineering, editing and producing artists such as Krush, Age Of Chance and Pop Will Eat Itself.
In 1989 he helped found Warp Records, through which he released his debut release as Forgemasters. Through his A&R and production work, he influenced the sound of the label for its first few releases.
Robs later activities include running the record label 'Trash & Ready Records', as well as running his own Mastering/Production/Mixing facility; and he has been involved with many artists including Jenny Romeo, Kid Acne, Toddla T, Bromheads Jacket, I-Monster, Roots Manuva amongst others. | |
