| General info : | | El Borbah is a character created by the American comics artist Charles Burns. Burns introduced the character in the comic story "Robot Love", which appeared in a 1983 edition of Raw magazine, the anthology of avant garde comic book work founded and edited by Art Spiegelman and his wife, Françoise Mouly.
All five El Borbah stories originally published in Raw were compiled into an comic book called Hard-Boiled Defective Stories in 1988. The collection has since been reissued unde the title El Borbah. | |
