In addition to his work at Hearst, Gonzalez is a cofounder of AR New York, a creative agency whose clients include Vogue, Jimmy Choo, Banana Republic, John Hardy and Revlon. At Elle, he succeeds Joe Zee, who left for Yahoo to head up the Web site’s digital fashion magazine.
