| General info : | | Ettore Garofolo (born March 8, 1947 in Rome, Italy - January 24, 1999, Rome, Italy (aged 52)) was an Italian actor.
While working as a waiter in a restaurant, Pier Paolo Pasolini notices him and hires him for the role of Ettore in the film Mamma Roma where he plays the son of Anna Magnani.
More than ten years later, he played Camillo, the thief son of Nino Manfredi in Ettore Scola 's Brutti, Sporchi e Cattivi, and then a brusque mannered man in the final scene of Mario Monicelli 's Un borghese piccolo piccolo.
He died at the age of 51 in 1999, and is buried in the Verano cemetery in Rome. | |
