| General info : | | Antje De Boeck (born October 16, 1964 in Antwerp, Belgium) is a Flemish actress.
De Boeck first came on television with 't Bolleken in 1988. After that she was asked for many other films and television series. Antje De Boeck played a leading role in the films Daens (as Nette) and Manneken Pis. Daens was nominated for an Oscar for best foreign film. She also made notable contributions to Stille Waters, Terug naar Oosterdonk, Kulderzipken and Windkracht 10.
De Boeck is also primarily active in theater. With Theater De Korre she played in Colometa and De kapellekensbaan, among others, and directed Het luizengevecht. With De Tijd she played in Zomergasten, 4 Zusters, Emilia Galotti and Peter Handke En De Wolf. In 2007 she played with Theater Malpertuis in Mevrouw Appelfeld alongside Chris Lomme.
She also played in Wait Until Spring with her husband and Jef Neve in spring 2009.
She was married to actor Dimi Duquennoy. With him she had her first son in 1998. They had another daughter later. In 2008 she remarried with composer / musician Rony Verbiest. | |
