Lisa Aikin (born in UK) was named Executive Fashion Director at Vogue.com in 2022.

Aiken grew up in Newcastle, England, and knew she wanted to pursue a career in fashion early in life. After moving to London, she landed an internship at Matches (now known as MatchesFashion(opens in new tab)), which was a series of stores in west London at the time.

From Matches, Aiken went to MyTheresa in Munich for a year, putting her limited German skills to the test, then returned to London in 2011 to work at Net-a-Porter (and to get married), initially as Market Editor, later as Market Director and finally as Retail Fashion Director.
After seven years, Aiken yearned to work for a smaller business that would allow her to work cross-functionally, company-wise. She landed at Moda, where she leads the buying team.


Prior to Vogue she was SVP Fashion & Lifestyle Director at Neiman Marcus Group since 2021 and VP Fashion & Buying Director at the luxury fashion e-commerce firm Moda Operandi, Inc. from 2018 to 2021.
Before Net-A-Porter she was the Editorial Director at Mytheresa.com from 2010 to 2012, the Fashion Editor at Matches Fashion from 2007 to 2010 and Marketing Executive for the same firm since 2006.
Lisa Aikin is an alumna from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management in 2009.
She resides in New York, United States.
