Rolf Erik Wilhelm Winquist (born 3 October 1910 in Gothenburg, Sweden - died 15 September 1968 in Lidingö, Sweden (aged 57)) was a Swedish photographer.

Rolf Winquist ran Ateljé Uggla on Kungsgatan in Stockholm for many years. He had many younger photographers as assistants there, who later became famous, for example Rune Hassner, Sten Didrik Bellander, Hans Hammarskiöld from 1947 and Hans Gedda.
He was primarily known internationally as a portrait photographer. Around 1950 he also began to experiment with street photography and reportage photography, characterized by poetic realism. He also took fashion and advertising photos. Winquist is represented at, among others, the National Museum in Stockholm.
He is buried at Östra Cemetery in Gothenburg.
