Kansan Sivistysrahasto (KSR) is a Finnish foundation established in 1956 and operating close to the Finnish Social Democratic Party. It was founded by about a dozen labor organizations, and in the 2000s, 16 different organizations participated in its administration.

The foundation's purpose is to support socially oriented cultural and educational work, research, studies, and educational activities through grants and awards. The foundation distributes grants to associations and private individuals for, among other things, art and cultural projects, studies, theses, and research work, as well as non-fiction books.
