Fredrick "Fred" Glaser (born 5 juni 1929, in Galesburg, Illinois, United States - died 13 August Gainesville, Florida, United States. (aged 81)) was an American stylist and hairdresser.
Born in southern Illinois into a family of barbers, he began styling at the early age of 15.
He was a friend of Vidal Sassoon and he owned this own space age " Shears and Shears" salon in Chicago where he cut people like Barbra Streisand.
He also worked as a bunny stylist for Playboy in Chicago during the 1960s.
He moved to the Florida Keys later in life where he owned and operated a successful restaurant for many years.
Fred Glaser also was an artist and a sculptor.
