Palokka Punk Cellar, also known as Palokka Punkkiluola or Palokan Punk-luola, was a small air-raid-shelter in the cellar of the former library in Palokka, Jyväskylä, Finland. It served as a training place for few decades to many underground bands.

It was eventually dismantled because it was mold infected.
