Piet Paris (born in 1962, The Hague, Netherlands) is the pseudonym of the Dutch fashion illustrator Pieter 't Hoen.

't Hoen graduated from the Arnhem School of the Arts in 1988. His working style is characterized by characteristic, powerful lines. His illustrations have been published in various national and international newspapers and magazines for 25 years.

In 1998, 't Hoen co-founded the Fashion Institute Arnhem master's program at the Arnhem School of the Arts. From 2005 to 2009, 't Hoen was the chief curator of the Arnhem Fashion Biennale . In 2008, he won the Grand Seigneur fashion award. That year, he also created illustrations, displays, and window displays for the American department store Saks Fifth Avenue.

In 2012, 't Hoen was involved as art director in the design of the Arnhem hotel Hotel Modez.
