Rääkypönttö on Suomen ehkä kiistellyimmän taiteilijan, Teemu Mäen (s. 1967) toinen runokokoelma.

Mäki on kuvataiteen professori Aalto-yliopiston Taideteollisessa korkeakoulussa. Hänen työtään on taiteen, politiikan ja filosofian parissa milloin milläkin välineellä toilailu. Puuhan tulokset ovat yleensä jonkin sortin kuvataidetta, teatteria, kirjallisuutta tai teoriaa.

Tämän kirjan alkurunoissa hän hurjastelee kuolemaanhuolittujen kokoontumisajoissa, kadehtii vihannesten viisautta ja väsää rakkauden määritelmää Afrikassa kärventyen ja Suomessa palellen.

Näitä tuokiokuvia seuraa massiivinen runo(elma), Lapualainen yksinpuhelu, joka on omaelämäkerran muotoon kirjoitettu pohjalaisuuden, suomalaisuuden ja laajimmillaan jopa koko länsimaisen ihmiskäsityksen kritiikki.

Kirjan päättää toinen pitkä rynnistys, edeltäviä runoja yhteiskunnallisempi Kaksi kynttilää, jossa eräs perheenisä tekee globalisaatiopoliittisen kat-sauksen maailman tilaan ja omaan päänuppiinsa Citymarketin kassajonossa.
