Tasting note as of 03/2023
Color 2/2 Dark ruby core, pinkish corona
Nose 9/10 Licorice, black berries
Palate 9/10 Full bodied strong ripe fruit, lovely acidity and wood-fruit balance
Finish 9/10 Long and nice with a bit harsh, yet pleasant, tannins
Aging: 8 years given the above
Overall 9/10
