Tasting note as of 03/2023
Color 2/2 Medium ruby core, 1 mm watery edge, pinkish corona
Nose 9/10 Very intense upon opening, autumn leaves, cedar
Palate 9/10 Intense roundness, lovely oak-fruit balance, ripe black fruit
Finish 8.5/10 Pretty high acidity and harsh, but pleasant, tannins
Aging: 8 years given the above
Overall 8.9/10
