Description (by producer & GT in English only) :
Decadent and complex, our Director's Cut Cabernet is fragrant with exotic notes of clove and toasted oak.
Aged primarily in French oak barrels, this wine will develop further for several more years.

I drunk this wine in November 2017.
Color: 2/2 medium ruby, sticky tears
Nose: 8/10 a bit closed at first with some raspberry, chocolate and quite some leather
Tasting: 8.6/10 full bodied wine with lots of wood dominating the fruit (too much)
Finish: 8.5/10 medium long, fine grained tannin
Aging: probably another 3 to 6 years on this level
Overall: 8.6/10 or to say it in a filmic way, a masculine wine in the style of Arnold Schwarzenegger: impresses instantaneously but not exactly by its subtlety.
