I drunk this wine in November 2017.
Color: 2/2 medium ruby core leading into a 2 mm wide meniscus of ruby-garnet rim.
Nose: 8.7/10 a white pepper note combined with crushed strawberry and forest tones
Tasting: 9.2/10 unexpectedly the fruit was still very dynamic, lot of cherry and a bit sweeter strawberry dominate
Finish: 8.8/10 Refined and feminine with fine grained tannin.
Aging: This wine will probably be able to hold this level for another seven years
Overall: 9/10 A typical beautifully balanced Burgundy.
