Notes :Vogue Brasil is the Brazilian edition of American Vogue magazine. The first Brazilian edition of the magazine was published in May 1975, being the first edition in Latin America. Published by the Carta Editorial group, its first editor was Luiz Carta who directed the publication from May 1975 until August 1986 when he left the publication to direct, at the invitation of Editora Conde Nast, the Spanish version of the magazine Vogue launched in 1988. In September 1986 After Luiz's departure, his son Andrea Carta took over the publication, being the longest-serving editor of the magazine for 17 years ahead of the publication from September 1986 until October 2003 when he died. After the death of her brother, Patrícia Carta took over as chief editor from November 2003 until October 2010. During Patrícia's administration, several changes were implemented, such as the creation of several publications derived from the main title, such as RG Vogue for the world of celebrities, which would later be discontinued in 2014, the national versions Homem Vogue (Men's Vogue), Casa Vogue (Vogue Living), as well as Teen Vogue and Vogue Kids and the special supplements Vogue Noivas, Vogue Passarelas and Vogue Jewelry were also reissued. All of them were created by Luis Carta at the beginning of the publication of Vogue in Brazil. As of November 2010, the Brazilian edition was controlled by Edições Globo Condé Nast after more than 35 years under the direction of Grupo Carta. The publisher is the result of a joint venture of the North American group Condé Nast, owner of the Vogue brand, with the Brazilian group Globo The Brazilian publisher holds 70% of the capital and the North American company the remaining 30%. With the changes a new board was appointed and Daniela Falcão, until then editor-in-chief of the magazine, became the director of the publication. The company started to manage Vogue titles in the country - which include, in addition to Vogue, the magazines Casa Vogue, Vogue Noivas and Vogue Passarelas, Vogue Kids, Teen Vogue and Homem Vogue and made changes to these titles. With the arrival of the Brazilian edition of GQ magazine , aimed at the male audience, launched in April 2011, the publisher decided to discontinue the Homem Vogue magazine. Vogue Kids, Vogue Noiva and Vogue Passarelas have become special supplements edited sporadically. Teen Vogue Brasil was discontinued, to make way for the national version of Glamour magazine launched in April 2012. In addition to the magazines, the joint venturestarted to develop business in the Brazilian digital market, based on the brands it owns. In April 2016 Daniela Falcão left the position of editor-in-chief of the magazine to take over the position of general director of Globo Condé Nast, her place was assumed by the editor-in-chief of the magazine Silvia Rogar, who was appointed new director of the publication, a position that remained until October 2018 when she was replaced by the former editor in chief of Glamor Brasil Paula Merlo.First ten credits done.
