| Description (by producer & GT in English only) : | | Thomas (Martin Buch) and Dion (Esben Dalggård) are two old friends in dire straits trying to open a restaurant. Dion is just out of prison. Thomas and his silent-of-speaking son Niklas (Victor Lykke Clausen) are still suffering from the traumatic death of their wife and mother two years earlier in a yet unresolved car crash. Life has been rough to them all. Black-market creditors are on their neck. So are Thomas'es dad, the police and the social community threatening to take Niklas away from home. How can the two old friends rise to their insurmountable challenges when action is mostly needed? This is what this rarely morally thoughtful and rather touching dark-black comedy series is all about. | |
