| General info : | | Joseph Middleton (born in Georgia, USA) is an American Casting Director.
He was installed as Paramount’s head of casting (Executive VP of Feature Casting) in 2011 when Teri Taylor left to become an independent agent.
He has cast some of Hollywood's most popular films, including Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Twilight: New Moon, The Bourne Supremacy and American Pie (2000 Artios Award for best comedy casting).
Mr. Middleton was the president of his own Los Angeles based company, Middleton Casting, Inc. (founded 2002-01-09) for over 10 years and served on the board of the Casting Society of America (CSA).
He began his career casting for ensembles, so that the films he worked on would garner more attention.
He went to American University to study International Relations. | |
