KG, acquired 100% of the shares of Stadlbauer Marketing & Vertrieb GmbH based in Salzburg, Austria. Through this strategic acquisition, Quantum strengthened its market position in the toy industry. In 2018, the Quantum Group also acquired Revell GmbH, a leading manufacturer of plastic model kits as well as radio-controlled toys.
