| General info : | | Matthew "Matt" Winston is an American actor, the son of special effects artist Stan Winston.
Winston is perhaps best known for television roles on the HBO dramas Six Feet Under and John from Cincinnati, and as Daniels in Star Trek: Enterprise.
He studied at Yale University in New Haven (Connecticut).
Winston began acting in 1993 with the television series Married ... with Children. After that, he has played several roles in television series and films such as Fame LA (1997-1998), Galaxy Quest (1999), Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001), John Doe (2003), Star Trek: Enterprise (2001-2004) , Zodiac (2007), Scrubs (2001-2009) and Starstruck (2010).
Winston is active as a scenario writer and wrote the story for the movie Thanks for Sharing.
