General info :
A "music film" is a film mainly focusing on music and musicians. It can be live recordings of stage performances, biographies of musicians etc.

It is not to be cunfused with a "musical", a film genre in which songs sung by the characters are interwoven into the narrative, sometimes accompanied by dancing.
