Lightning Records was the music label name used by Lightning Records NV, a company located in Deurne, Antwerp, Belgium, founded in 1992.
Lightning Records NV also released music under the label Bonzai Records.
CEO was Filip Eyckmans (born 1966 or 1967).
Christian Pieters, alias DJ Fly and owner of club Cherrymoon in Lokeren, Belgium, was General Manager at Lightning Records NV.
Owners were the Pieters family.
The label originated from what was initially a record shop named The Blitz, founded in 1990 and later renamed to Beat & Games.
In 1999 Lightning Records NV started a webshop.
