Fratelli Rossetti is the brand name of Fratelli Rossetti SpA, an Italian footwear company, which produces luxury shoes for men and women. Active since 1953 , it is based in Parabiago, Italy.

In 1945 Renzo Rossetti (1925-2010) opened his shoemaker business in Parabiago. At the time he produced handcrafted sports shoes, for sale at the "Brigatti" shop in Milan. In the following years he produced footwear for cyclists of the Atala Sport of Padua, until the beginning of the fifties.
Together with his brother Renato Rossetti, the company Fratelli Rossetti SpA was founded and the duo converted their production into classic shoes.
From 1954 to 1957 they set their goal on simple shoes for men.
In the sixties, Fratelli Rossetti began a period of collaboration with shoemakers and starting from 1961 thus began the production of men 's moccasins, that were the first to import into the United States
Towards the end of the decade Renzo moved the headquarters of his company to the current factory in via Cantù.

In the following decade, the first women's shoes were produced. In 1979, the meeting in New York between Renzo Rossetti and the designer couple Massimo and Lella Vignelli marked the birth of the company logo.

In the eighties, Renzo's three sons, Diego, Luca and Dario Rossetti, joined the company. About ten years later the "Flexa" line was born, casual shoes for men.
In 2003, for the fifty years' anniversary of the company, a postage stamp was issued by the Italian Post.
In the same year the restyling process of the company was completed, which began in the late 1990s, with the reopening of the boutique in Milan in via Montenapoleone in addition to those in New York and London. A boutique also opened in Beirut.
