Clerici Tessuto is a brand name used by Clerici Tessuto & C. SpA, an Italian textile manufacturer founded in 1922 making fabrics for apparel, home furnishings and accessories.
The business was founded by Rachele Clerici and Alessandro Tessuto as a company for trading in silk fabrics.
The post-war period is characterized by a growth of the company, thanks to investments to serve the main Italian and French fashion houses and to the specialization in yarn-dyed and jacquard fabrics.
In 1975 Alessandro Tessuto (third generation) introduces high-level printed fabrics.
During the 1980s and 90s the group diversifies its business by producing fabrics for men’s accessories and furnishings.
In 2009 the company enters the beachwear and resortwear market and acquires the brand BROCHIER, as home furnishing fabric editor.
In 2017 the Group implements the new corporate sustainability strategy and enters into the segment of menswear fabrics, with the TEX HOMME collection.
2019 sees the acquisition of the Larusmiani Tessuti brand license, for the production and marketing of men’s drapery.

The company is located in Grandate (CO), Italy.
It has French division in Paris, Clerici Tessuto France SAS and one in New York, USA named CTC USA Corp.
