After Six is a brand of formal clothing owned by The Dessy Group as of 2024, originally known as A & M Rosenthal Enterprises, established in 1939. It is a family-run business owned by Alan Dessy / CEO and Cynthia Vor Broker Dessy / Designer located in New York, USA.
The After Six business was founded in 1903 by the Rudofker family.
In the 1960s the After Six brand was owned by Formals After Six, Inc.
It initially offered tuxedos and later added mens accessories & bridesmaid dresses to their range.

Dessy Group distributes its gowns in the US, Canada, EU, UK and Australia.

Dessy.com is a leading website in the category of bridal apparel. In 2016 Dessy began retailing it's gowns direct to the consumer and this is an area of significant growth for the company.
