Huugo Kalervo ”Kalle” Palsa (12 March 1947, Kittilä, Finland - 3 October 1987, Kittilä, Finland) was a Finnish painter and comics artist. His art has been defined as surrealism, naivism or primitivism, but Palsa himself defined his art as fantastic realism.

He sometimes used the pen names Porno-Kalle and Markiisi de Palsa in his comics.

A film about Palsa called Kalervo Palsa Ja Kuriton Käsi, directed and produced by Pekka Lehto, was completed in 2005, but it took until 2013 for its first screening.
