Frances Parker is a film editor.
She received the Emmy award for "Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing For A Miniseries, Movie Or A Special" at the Creative Arts ceremony held at L.A.'s Shrine in 2002.
Ms. Parker edited the second episode of HBO's acclaimed cable miniseries, "Band of Brothers," which garnered a total of six Creative Arts and Prime Time Emmys that year, and her success is even more noteworthy because, as she said, "Before this I actually had no experience cutting action footage at all."
Later she would also edit a dozen Game of Thrones epidodes (2011-2013) and several Rome episodes (2005).
She is a member of ACE, the American Cinema Editors organization.
