Laurence Benaïm (born 2 December 1961, Suresnes, France) is a French journalist and author.
As a journalist, she has worked with several international magazines such as Vogue or The Business of Fashion. She is also, among other titles, the author of Yves Saint Laurent, a biography published by Rizzoli.
Laurence Benaïm resides in Paris, France.

Endowed with a literary training (a degree in Modern Letters at the Sorbonne, Paris IV), a graduate of the CFJ (Training Center for Journalists) in 1984, she worked at L'Express-Paris, then at Marie- Claire and Vogue Paris, producing numerous reports and portraits, particularly in Asia (China, Korea, Japan).
From 1986 to 2003, she wrote articles on fashion in Le Monde, and created the "Mode en Capitales" supplements, designed in 1986, until 2003.

Editorial advisor to Le Figaro between 2015 and 2017, (Almaviva , Art of Living supplement), she produced portraits in the pages edited by Anne Fulda, and collaborated with Madame Le Figaro between 2018 and 2020.
Correspondent in Paris for the Spanish magazine Fashion&Arts between 2018 and 2020, she publishes major interviews with designers and couturiers for the JDD , as well as internationally (BOF, Haaretz, Marie Claire Tchéchoslovaquie, Xantypa).
In 2021, she published her first personal story, a family biography published by Stock, "La Stidération".
