Oulun Sarjakuvaseura RY is a comics association founded in 1980 in Oulu, Finland. It begun with the intention of supporting the local comics culture.

The association published 12 issues of the comics magazine Kupla between 1980-1984, and co-published (with the Oulu university student union) 13 issues of the comics magazine Ruuvari. In 2011, the association started publishing a web comic magazine called Ruutukaava.
