General info :
Firebox Records was a Finnish record label brand based in Seinäjoki, Southern Ostrobothnia. The label was founded in 2001, and closed down in 2012. The label is well known in the underground heavy metal scene. They specialized in doom metal.

The Firebox label had a wide distribution network for its releases worldwide including Plastic Head Distribution in England, SPV in Germany, Bertus in Benelux and The End Records in North America.
