General info :
Luciano Bosio (born April 18th 1947 in Cuneo, Italy - died October, 12th 2015 (aged 68)) was the former vice president of Figaro Media, and the director of strategy, marketing and communication of the Figaro Group.

He still had a hand in the daily 'La Repubblica'.
Luciano Bosio was passionate about the press, statistical studies and football.

Luciano Bosio was a 1971 graduate from the University of Turin, where he earned a Doctor's degree in Political Science.
He began his career as a school teacher in Italy from 1974 to 1977, later as a journalist for Radio Cité Future in Turin (1977-81), and later on became director of Ipsos Média (1981-88), RCS France (RCS Media Group) (1988-95) and Carat Expert (1996-2005) before moving on to the Figaro Group.

To convince his interlocutors, he used his two favorite weapons: a charming Italian accent and written notes that were thorough, relevant, sometimes iconoclastic and always very long. "He was one of the best specialists in the media and particularly in the French press. He had convictions and showed great courage to defend them, even if it could disturb his interlocutors ", explains Marc Feuillée, general manager of the Figaro group, who had kept with him as special advisor after his retirement in 2012.

He was married to Mrs. Sabine Valici, a journalist, since 1972.
