Timo Kustaa Mukka (17 December 1944, Bollnäs, Sweden – 27 March 1973, Rovaniemi, Finland) was a Finnish author, poet and painter, whose work often dealt with the lives of people living in Lapland. His debut novel, Maa On Syntinen Laulu, was published when the author was only 19 years old.

His book Maa On Syntinen Laulu was made into a film of the same name (known in English as 'The Earth Is A Sinful Song' or 'The Land Of Our Ancestors'). It was directed by Rauni Mollberg and released in 1973. Mollberg also turned the novella Tabu into a film. The film version, called Milka, was released in 1980. Tabu was also made into a film in Poland by Andrzej Baranski.

Veli-Matti Saikkonen directed a film version of the novel Täältä Jostakin. The film version, titled Kuoleman Hellä Kosketus, was released in 1982.
