Condé Nast & National Magazines Distributors Ltd. is a British company active in magazine marketing and the distribution of magazines and periodicals such as British Vogue, GQ, Tatler, Wired and Vanity Fair.
The company was incorporated on 4 July 1977.
The company was doing business as COMAG for a period of time.

COMAG was owned by two major magazine publishers – Hearst Magazines UK and Condé Nast Publications.
Hearst UK owned 65 per cent of Comag, with the remaining 35 per cent held by Condé Nast Publications.

As of 2012 Comag Marketing Group UK was owned by National Magazine Company Ltd. and Condé Nast UK.

In 2017 the two companies Hearst Magazines UK and Condé Nast Publications have said they were to “withdraw” from magazine distributor Comag, which together they jointly own.
