General info :
Gary Cole has been a photo editor at Playboy magazine since 1970 and eventually became Senior Vice President, Photography Director before leaving the magazine in 2011.
In addition to photo duties, he also served as Sports Editor from 1987 to 2011 writing Playboy's College Football and Basketball Previews and contributed articles on a number of other sports related subjects.
Since 2011 he is a freelance writer, producer and speaker.
Gary is an alumnus from the Northwestern University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing in 1964.
He resides in the Greater Chicago Area.
