Activision (UK) Ltd. is a game distributor based in Berkshire, UK, incorporated on 25 March 1983 as LEGIBUS 322 Limited.
It is the British branch of the American company Activision, Inc. that was founded in 1979 and became one of the largest third-party video game publishers in the world and was the top United States publisher in 2016.

In september 1983 the name LEGIBUS 322 Limited was changed to ACTIVISION SOFTWARE Limited, and again in 1985 to ACTIVISION U.K. Ltd.
The name ACTIVISION U.K. Ltd. was used from 1985 to 2009.
It was then chaged again to ACTIVISION BLIZZARD UK Ltd.
