Kari Tapio Leppänen (born 1 September 1945 Helsinki, Finland) is a Finnish comic strip artist who has worked on the Phantom comic since 1979. His own comic creations include the sci-fi themed Achilles Wiggen and Xellana. He has also contributed comics for Hevoshullu.

Leppänen's career started in the magazine Sarjis, a comics magazine with only Finnish series. He wrote science fiction under the pseudonym Oskari.
