Amyn Nasser (born June 9th in Zanzibar) is a critically acclaimed photographer of architecture.

Originally from Zanzibar, Amyn Nasser began shooting images in 1981. The fashion photographer and creative director creates visual statements by utilizing mood, motion, and light to tell a story. A self-taught visualist, he has published work with top fashion houses and magazines.

For more than 30 years, he has travelled the world from north to south photographing a huge variety of national landmarks and modern-day architecture. Amyn has received accolades and prizes for photography worldwide in 2019. He has won the Applied Arts Architecture Award two years in a row.

In addition, he has won the Applied Arts Architecture Award and the Fine Art Nude Award two years in a row. His work exhibits at LUMAS Galleries worldwide including LUMAS Art Basel, LUMAS UAE, LUMAS Saudi Arabia, LUMAS Vancouver, LUMAS Toronto, LUMAS New York and has exhibited at the LUMAS Art Basel Gallery in Switzerland. Amyn has also exhibited at The Smithsonian Castle and was the only official photographer exhibited at Vancouver Olympic Village.

He has photographed covers and fashion editorial stories for world-renowned magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Glamour, L'Officiel, Men's Vogue, GQ, Rolling Stone, Max, Prestige International, Guest Informant, International Guide, Esquire, Brides, Clic, Amica and more, in France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Canada, and the United States.
