Massimiliano Montingelli (born in Milan, Italy on 11 July 1969) is a fashion photographer.
He abandoned his medical studies as soon as he had the opportunity to experience his talent for photography, a passion he inherited from his father, a photojournalist. While taking his first steps as a professional, collaborating with the Milanese newspaper Il Giorno and the photojournalist agency Olympia, he meets photographer Stefano Guindani,and becomes a prominent member of his staff.

He receives a Special Star award at the fourth edition of the Venice Movie Stars Photography Award: his photo portraying the actress Charlize Theron is considered the best among those of the photographers present at the 63rd Venice International Film Festival.
