General info :
Shin Watanabe is a photographer, author and editor of Dune Buggies And Hot VWs since 2017.

He is the author of the 2016 publication Volkswagen Beetle from 1938-2003.

He became involved with a Japanese VW magazine over 20 years ago. Based in Southern California for more than 15 years, he has continued to follow the VW scene throughout the world.

Due to the sudden decision in 2017 by the Wright Publishing Company to sell the magazine title Dune Buggies And Hot VWs , it presented a new opportunity for the new owner Shin Mukai, who asked Shin Watanabe to become the new editor.
