John Rezek (born ca. 1950) served as Assistant Managing Editor at Playboy magazine where he served from 1972 to 2003.
He sued Playboy Enterprises International accusing the men's magazine of age discrimination when he was let go.
Afterwards he became editor in chief of The Rotarian, the Rotary International magazine.
He lived in Chicago and currently resides in Evanston, Illinois, United States.
