Tom Jacobson is a Film Producer.
He started his career as Production Manager of Pirnaha in 1978.
In 1980 he started producing as Associate Producer of Alligator.
Perhaps his most famous production so far is Ferris Bueller's Day Off from 1986.
More recently he produced The Darkest Hour in 2011.
From 1989 to 1995 he was President Of Worldwide Production for Twentieth Century Fox.
In September 1995 he has reunited with his former Twentieth Century Fox boss Joe Roth at Walt Disney Co. under a four year independent production deal with his own company The Jacobson Company.
In 2003 he has been appointed Co-President of Paramount Pictures.
He is married to Film Producer Susan Arnold.
