Mr. Shafer is responsible for all motion picture development, production and marketing activities.
Prior to forming Castle Rock, Mr. Shafer served as President of Production for Embassy Pictures and served as Executive Vice President of Production at Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation.
In October 2000, Mr. Shafer received the Lifetime Achievement Award at Show East.
He is married to Carol Fuchs, an entertainment attorney, producer, and World Series of Poker bracelet winner.
