General info :
Hiljaa was an early '80s post-punk / new wave band from Finland. The band came from Koskenkorva, the village that's famous for its Koskenkorva vodka distillery.

Hiljaa released one 7" single and recorded one unpublished demo. The band's lineup was: Jaska Filppula (vocals/bass), Mika Ahopelto (guitar), Juha Latva-Pietilä (saxophone), Mika Pihlajamäki (drums), Petri Ruostetoja (guitar).
