Brand properties

General info :
Éditions Yellow Now is the brand name of Yellow Now ASBL, a Belgian publisher located in Crisnée.
It originated from Yellow, an art gallery established at the end of 1969 in Liège, on the initiative of Guy Jungblut.
In 1971, it organized the first video art event in Belgium.
From 1975 on Guy Jungblut began to devote himself mainly to publishing: Bay, Gerz, Gette, Le Gac, Poirier, Nyst, Ransonnet, Lennep, Fernie – in short, fifteen years of publishing artists' books.

From 1988 on, under the influence of Patrick Leboutte, the editions turned towards cinema, starting with The Long Film collection (nineteen titles: from "Vacances de M. Hulot" from Tati to "Traité de bave et d’éternité" d’Isidore Isou)), subsequently followed by a close collaboration with the Cinémathèque française (in particular for the publication of the first eighteen issues of the review Cinémathèque, with Dominique Païni) since 1990.
Collaborations with various film festivals (Locarno, Dunkerque) would follow.
In more recent years the scope was broadened to photography and art publications in general.
