General info :
British-born Melanie Ward is a fashion stylist living in New York.
She is probably best known for her work with Helmut Lang as she served for 13 years as creative director for the label.
It was Ward who styled Kate Moss for that now-famous The Face cover.
She would go on to work with Karl Lagerfeld and Calvin Klein, and has served as a fashion editor for Harper's Bazaar since 1995.
In 2009 she teamed up with knitwear designer Graham Tabor to create her own womenswear label 'Blouson Noir'.
She is the sister of photographer Anthony Ward.
