Joke Devynck (born 10 October 1972, Poperinge, Belgium) is a Belgian actress. She appeared in more than thirty films since 1994.

She is best known for her television work as the cheeky Tony in the television series Flikken, as Katrien De Schryver in the television series Het goddelijke monster (The divine monster) and as Tine Peeters in the crime series Vermist. She has also appeared in various theater productions.

Devynck was born in Poperinge, West Flanders, but spent her childhood in Knokke-Heist. In this municipality she studied drama at the music academy. She then moved to Antwerp to study at Studio Herman Teirlinck, where she successfully graduated in 1994.

For 19 years she lived together with the Flemish actor Johan Heldenbergh in Hofstade in Aalst, Belgium. On 17 September 2013 it became public that the two actors separated. They have three children; two are twins.

In the 2010 Belgian federal election Devynck was a candidate for the Groen! party.
