Neil Kirk (born in July 1946 in Newcastle, Scotland, UK - died September 2022) was a photographer active for over 30 years at the forefront of British Photography.

A self-taught photographer, he first came to prominence for his album covers for the band Roxy Music. “Manifesto”, “Avalon”, “High Road” and “Flesh + Blood”.
Later he worked for Honey magazine, You magazine and British Vogue at the end of the 1980s and into the ‘90s.
Pretty soon he was working with all the Vogues that were produced in fashion’s leading capitals; Italian, French, American and British Vogue.

Moving to Los Angeles he soon became one of the sought after celebrity photographers, shooting household names such as Brad Pitt, Ethan Hawke, Angelina Jolie, Angelica Houston, Denzel Washington and Bryan Ferry.

He was married since 1989 to Vivienne Palmer, a stylist. The couple had a son Sholto.
